As part of our extracurricular activities for Quarter 2, Grade 4 students visited Sicilia restaurant in Tyre as a culinary and cultural field trip to learn about the Japanese delicacy sushi: its history and cultural
relevance, the various different kinds of sushi offered, together with the skilled process involved in its preparation.
In recent years Sushi has become a global convenience food of choice and Lebanon is by no means an exception to this international trend.
